Are the tools really free?

Yes. You can use all three tools without signing up and at no cost, as often as you like. The widget that shows reviews on your website is a separate product; you can try it for free.

Do the tools work outside Switzerland?

The search finds businesses in Switzerland. For businesses in other countries, paste the Place ID or a Google link containing "place_id" directly into the search field.

What happens to what I enter?

The search runs through our server, which queries Google Places; we do not store search terms. The preview and the PDF of the sign are created in your browser, so your logo and text stay on your device.

How do the reviews then get onto my website?

That is what the widget is for: choose a template, copy the code into your website, and new Google reviews appear automatically. The tools also work without the widget.

What Google allows when collecting reviews

You may ask customers for a review and display a QR code on your premises. Google prohibits incentives and asking specifically for positive reviews. Read more in the guide How to get more Google reviews.
