Multilingual site? One separate code per language version. The language goes in data-lang, right after data-theme — fr, it or en; German needs no attribute. It sets the widget labels and which reviews Google returns first; the review texts stay in their original language.

Troubleshooting: Widget not showing?

Shopify Customizer sometimes doesn't show external scripts in preview — open your store in a new browser tab. Theme cache: Open page in incognito mode or use a different browser. Custom Liquid not available? All themes version 2.0 and newer support Custom Liquid. For older themes, use the page editor or theme code. Content Security Policy (CSP): On Shopify Plus, allow app.swisstrustwidget.ch for scripts (script-src) and frames (frame-src). App conflicts: Page Speed Optimizer or Script Manager can block external scripts — create an exception for app.swisstrustwidget.ch.
